Have been on a Caribbean cruise, and ate what was good - but not crazy. Expected to gain some weight, so am not too unhappy with three pounds. Just hate to lose it twice!
215.8 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 65.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
