I am so happy I lost 1 pound! I hadn't lost any weight in almost 6 weeks! What a plateau! I took a strength/cardio/body sculpting class today and I could probably keep up 80% of the time. It had a lot of step work in it, though, and I suck at that. I feel like step aerobics was mostly designed for women who were on the dance team or were cheerleaders in high school. They retain those skills well into adulthood. I do not. Other than that, I just want to lose more weight and get more fit. I am running my first 5K next Saturday, and I'm excited. My cousin is supposed to do it with me, but if she doesn't want to, I swear I will do it myself. I don't know how people run without headphones. I can't imagine being that zen. No way I can do anything physical without music.

ROCK ON KMD! See, I knew if you changed it up a little something would happen for you! Different exercises, more protein and less fat and less carbs will break a plateau! Congrats on the 5K! What an accomplishment! - you will be hittig the 160's soon!

Whoo Hooo! Don't let anyone or anything stop you from doing what you want! Who cares if you can't get all the steps. If your burning calories and having fun, that's all that counts.
