try to start Atkins diet tomorrow..

low carb, low fat. that's the mission. aim: 55kg at the end of november.

Atkins isn't a low fat diet. It is low carb, moderate protein and high fat- just the right kinds of fat. If you want it to work you need to follow it properly. You should read the book and join the official Atkins website. It is free and there are loads of people to help you including a nutritionist. Low carb and low fat will just leave you hungry and set you up to fail. Good luck with losing the weight but please try to find out more about Atkins before changing your diet.
