writing things down is really making me aware of what I'm eating. 3 days in and im doing so far so good. Does anyone know if the RDI they tell you you should eat is the amount you should eat for weight loss, or just what you should eat normally. I entered that I'd like to lose, but the calorie intake seems really high. every other diet Ive been on wants to resctrict calories by almost half of what this says. anyone?
