How do I get out of this funk? Why does this happen to me all the time? I have not been doing too terrible with my food choices but I can't seem to get off my butt and exercise. Back in July I started really working on losing 25 lbs before we go on vacation to Las Vegas. And here it is, just over 2 weeks away and I haven't dropped a lb. It doesn't help matters that work has been stressful. Something has got to give.

Diet Calendar Entry for 05 October 2012:

Stop and take a deep breath. The more you worry about losing the harder it is. Keep eating the right things, add a step or two a day, find something you really enjoy doing that burns a few calories. Most important keep smiling! you are worth it!!!

I agree u need to relax and breath.. Only thing u can do girl is move forward and take each day as a new begining. Every day willl have it changelles but u can over come it.. You are stronger then u know
