Weight is the same this morning, but it's better than going up. Hopefully I will stay on track today, since I am home it's going to be harder. :)I would really like some icecream!! I am going to try to wait on the icecream until I loose more weight.
255.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
