Getting up this morning for my workout was hard, but I did it. I feel good today too, I think keeping up with the workouts is helping my attitude and my energy level (finally). But, last night we had spaghetti and I ate way too much, but didn't go over my RDI, so I guess that's something, but way too many carbs. This morning my stomach was telling me that I ate too much last night.
I'm going to keep positive today and start trying to get things rounded up to apply for the new job. I have to get my resume done and I can't find my last one, so I'm going to have to start from scratch. I hate doing resumes! I don't know why, I guess it's too much like homework.

KUDOS for getting up early!!! Resumes stink! It's stressful because you know how much rides on it and the interpritation is so subjective. It's nerve wrecking!
