Getting up this morning for my workout was hard, but I did it. I feel good today too, I think keeping up with the workouts is helping my attitude and my energy level (finally). But, last night we had spaghetti and I ate way too much, but didn't go over my RDI, so I guess that's something, but way too many carbs. This morning my stomach was telling me that I ate too much last night. I'm going to keep positive today and start trying to get things rounded up to apply for the new job. I have to get my resume done and I can't find my last one, so I'm going to have to start from scratch. I hate doing resumes! I don't know why, I guess it's too much like homework.
