Recorded a weigh-in yesterday, and I knew it was too good to be true and a little unhealthy to lose 10.5 lbs in a day. I thought it was due to water weight from the sauna. Turns out it was a broken scale, and I have actually put on weight since starting this new challenge. I hope the weight gain is due to two-a-day workouts, and that eventually that will pay off and I will start losing weight more rapidly.
