Here are the results of my assessment with Angel today. She pointed out that I have lost 5 inches off my waist and hips. I asked her what the 43.9 was, and she didn't really know how to put it "nicely." When she told me it was my BODY FAT, and I said, "YOU MEAN, I'M HALF FAT? HALF OF ME IS FAT?" she just said, "We're working on it, OK?" She wouldn't let me wallow in self-pity or dwell on that. She said we can only work on me one step at a time.

So the goal we've decided at the end of summer is that I WILL LOSE TWENTY MORE POUNDS. By August, I will weigh in the 180's. Wow. I can't remember anymore when I was last in the 180's. It has been a loooooooong time. How ambitious! I'm excited, though! Twenty pounds, here we go!

Weight (April 23)= 215 lbs.
Today = 198.8 lbs.

Body Fat (April 23)= 47.2%
Today = 43.9%

BMI (April 23) = 38.1
Today = 35.2

Waist (April 23)= 48.5 inches
Today = 43.5 inches

Chest (April 23)= 49.5 inches
Today = 47.3 inches

Thigh (R)as of April 23 = 24 inches
Today = 23 inches

Thigh (L)as of April 23 = 24.5 inches
Today = 23

Arm (R)as of April 23 = 13 inches
Today = 12 inches

Arm (L)as of April 23 = 13.2 inches
