The weigh in at the office went great. I am down 6 lbs. on their scale since last week. Bye bye water weight. I am back to my low from 4 days ago. If I can push past this, I'll have a new low to celebrate. Plus, it makes two days in a row I remembered to pack a lunch.

Having a good(on-plan) weekend really propelled my motivation through this week. Operation Weekend Watch is a godsend.

Today I am thankful for getting back to my low weight, for surviving September, for continuing to be ahead of schedule at work, for this burst of motivation, for Operation Weekend Watch, and for this great weather! The DH and I ate out on the patio at Zinburger last night and despite the mosquito bite I got, it was delightful.

I can really tell this B6/B12 shot is kicking in, I feel very positive, like anything is possible. October is going to be my month to make a push for some good weight loss and toning of muscles.

I went to the gym last night and I can already see the improvements. I am able to lift more weight and my peak heart rate during cardio has gone down from 197 bpm to 168 bpm.
