Busy day at work today...but I love all of it. My downward weight trend stopped today, so I'll have to take the advice that I give others and not worry about it. I'd love to lose 10 pounds this month, which would put me at about 185 by the first of November when I go to Missouri to visit my dad. He's one of my biggest supporters, and I can't help it, I want to make my dad proud!
196.2 lb Lost so far: 51.4 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
