I have a problem with this because my soup was homemade and I could not find a way to enter that. I did not add any sodium. There was some in the broth and the tomato products so does tha tcome out the same way?

Go to the side and click add receipe and you can put your ingredients in and it will tell you your calories. Then if you eat it again you just click on cookbook and select it from there.
