Bowl of multi-grain Cheerios for breakfast, Burger King Whopper combo for lunch, small Hawaiian BBQ plate, and veggies, turkey sausage, poached eggs dinner.
225.0 lb Lost so far: 18.4 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
