My husband and I went on a short day trip this past weekend, and I ate terribly. I'd also been snacking on that dreaded Halloween candy here and there this weekend. Next year, I'm going to go out the day before and purchase candy...hold off as long as possible!
157.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
