Feeling so much better than the last few weeks. This WOE is great for me. My energy is up, my mood is better. I feel like I can make this a way of life, so if the scale takes a while to respond that's OK.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 6.7 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
