So, as of today, I imagine I am about half way to my goal of 50 lbs lost. I will weight in on Saturday for official results.

I am at a point where my size 40 and 38 pants are too big (I was actually getting to needing to be in size 42, so this is awesome). Being back in size 36 is great! Still wearing XL t-shirts, but they are fitting great. I have always worn that size, so I am not sure what point I will be able to fit into a large... maybe never.

I have cut my beer drinking by about 90% which while is not fun, is doing great wonders. Also discovered that light beer is not bad, and can be an option if I am at a bar with friends. Also, healthy decisions like no french fries and fattening food is working out well.

Bringing lunches every day has been great as well. I feel much better by the end of the work day and I also am saving personally about $50 a week at least!

I am so glad I started this journey.
