I'm feeling grrrrreat this evening after a very successful day. I may not keep all of this up, but this feeling right now cannot be beat

Morning - couch to 5k, week 4 day 1. Ran/walked for 5.6km. Took about an hour

Evening - Insanity workout day 1 (fit test)

Full day of keto eating
