alex/jeremy came into town. didnt sleep friday night-slept from 4am-820am saturday morning. went to slept this morning (sun) from530a-830am. water retention from drinking?
146.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
