Trying to decide whether to go on to OWL, just the vegetable rung. Definitely broke my stall. I've lost weight two days in a row. I still have 60 pounds or so to lose. I think I'll stay where I am until Wednesday (end of third week of induction) and reevaluate.
170.1 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 60.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
