It would appear I've broken my stall. It could just be my body responding, or cutting out the coffee, splenda and cream. Or the supplements and fiber. Whatever it is, I'll keep doing what I'm doing.

Size 12 pants are still too tight, but I can get them on and buttoned. 5 more pounds and they should be comfortable.

Ketostix registering moderate to large.
170.6 lb Lost so far: 6.1 lb.    Still to go: 60.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
