25 days since eliminating wheat from 98% of my diet. Unbelievable drop in weight and gains in feeling healthy all around. No cravings or afternoon sluggishness/sleepiness. heart rate last week was 120/80.

Good fo you! Have you read that book called "Wheat Belly" ? It is all about eliminating wheat and ther refined carbohydrates. Good luck with your continued weight loss.
