the weather continues to be beautiful....the diet is going well....I seem to have slowed down a bit on the weight loss but still have another day to go before the actual weigh in day...I am feeling well...going to physio for work on my right shoulder...not hungry except first thing in the morning...and I guess that is a good thing... paddling is slowing down for the fall....so I will be increasing my swimming and walking ....maybe starting curling next month if my knee lets me...we shall see....still on track for my 26 pound weight loss...and not losing the faith
