I need to work on lowering my percentage of calories from fat. I've been around 40% the last two days which is high. Fortunately, I have been keeping my calories under 1500. My goal is to keep fat under 30%.

I have learned that healthy fats are an aid to weight loss, so it matters what kind of fats you eat. Olive oil, nuts, avocado, small amounts of real butter and 2% fat dairy products in moderation may help you. Also keeping the protein level high and your net carbs lower, may help, too. Just a suggestion - not meant as advice.
