Last night I went to the store to buy a fountain pop. I don't know what I was thinking because before I knew it, I had a sleeve of donuts in my hand. And I didn't put them back. When I got home I rode my bike for 40 minutes and then got out the donuts. I cut them into quarters and put them on a plate. In the past I would inhale them before I even knew I started eating them but I thought cutting them would help me slow down. I did slow down and ate them so slowly that I was full before I ate the last two (eight pieces). When I realized I was full I got up and threw them in the trash. I'm not George Kastanza, after all!
221.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 96.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
