Once I became aware of what I ate, I've found it's getting difficult to actually bring myself up to the right calorie count. I end up hitting the days at aroung 1150 ish and then having to add on to get to around 1700-1900. To keep my metabolism from getting used to the average count (and maybe to treat myself,) I'm throwing in a pig out day on saturday.
