Weighed myself for the first time in a few weeks - and wow. The heaviest I have ever weighed. I hate the scale, it depresses me. I understand that the number doesn't matter quite so much as the inches, but still - that number is too high and I know it. My body knows it too. I've felt like crap for weeks. Always tired, finding it harder to stand up for a low position, more and more body aches... I've lost weight before and I know how great I felt then. I need to get out of my comfort zone and push myself. I know what I need to do. Its just the point of doing it...I seriously lack motivation and self restraint. But I'm tired of being tired. So here goes...
