One of the hardest things for me is to make sure I break my fast and eat breakfast in the morning so I rev up my metabolism and don't overeat later. My son Brandon has now lost 14.6 lbs. He is doing so well! The reason we started on the South Beach Diet is nine weeks ago at church we began a health and wellness along with weight loss program. It was for eight weeks. Brandon and I both won with the most weight loss. I receive a $100.00 gift certificate good all over where I live and Brandon receives a gym bag with different items in it and a $50.00 gift certificate. We are blessed! Thank you God! We will continue on the South Beach Diet because we need a lifetime change and I feel this is pretty much the healthiest way to go.
276.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 146.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
