I finally gave in and ate over my allotted calories today. Surprisingly, I don't feel guilty at all. I still stayed away from sugar which I'm glad of. I've felt like I'm starving the past 2-3 days. I was getting hunger pangs which was unusual since I usually don't get those that much. I found out today why I felt so hungry. I was going through my monthly hormonal torture. Got a migraine headache today also. I should have recognized the signs a few days ago, but I wasn't paying close attention. I'm sure this is why I hit a plateau also. Next week will probably get back to normal after the water weight goes away.
