I have been eating pretty well for the most part. I've been craving flavorful foods. I've found that if I have one or two little things from the kids parade candy, I feel less deprived. I try to pick a little roll of smarties or a small pack of skittles that only has like 15 pieces. Now I just need to get the motivation to walking. I miss my lake path, and it's hard to get excited about walking in town after you're used to the beauty of a nice country walk. Now if it would just stop raining!
