Did not get a chance to do my P90X yesterday. So upset. But, I am just gonna have to bring it today! Just walked for 35 minutes, will do Kenpo today when I get home from work, and maybe a 2 mile run tonight. I swear missing that one day made a difference, two days ago I weighed 166.5 and today (on official weigh in day), I was up to 168. I don't know if it made a difference that I weighed myself right after running 3 miles on that 166.5 day, but o'well. It's a new day and another chance to do it right!
