Penn State season is kicking in. I need to be careful. In addition, I havn't been logging food but I think I need to get back to that. I do better when I log. Maybe when I'm at a maintenance weight I'll be able to stop logging, but not while I'm in weight-loss mode.
220.2 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 45.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
