Grt zumba class 2day. Still strugeling with foods. I'll keep working on it. Two people hav noticed d weight loss. Joooweee!!!
180.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
