Got through 15 days wheat free. Was feeling great. Fit into smaller clothes. Felt like I had control of my eating for once... allowed myself a cheat day for my wedding shower on the 15th and it has been rediculous to get back on track! So disappointed in myself...

Isn't it so discouraging when 'cheating' for a day, a meal, whatever trips the trigger and it continues on past the day or meal....I don't understand that myself. Is it because we are 'cheating'? I wonder if there is a way to reframe that thinking in our minds so that it isn't cheating? Can we call it something else that doesn't have a negative connotation? And is that enough to get us right back on track when the day or meal or whatever, is over?

Its OK to have a cheat meal, as long as you keep it to that one meal - But that is a hard thing to do at times! My best advice is to make yourself a daily plan of what you had done the first 15 days, and stick to it. Its a lot harder to fall off the wagon if you have a clearly written out plan of what to do. Good luck!!
