Today already has been quite exhausting. I woke up and helped mom outside today with weeding before it became obscenely hot. I went from that to straight into P90X. I've had to start it over because I realized I wasn't doing the lean program ... oops! I'm really angry and frustrated with myself because I can only do 1 or 2 push ups. I really am trying hard but I either collapse on myself or stay in the plank position and can't go down. I know each time I do the videos I'll be able to do one or two more, but I'm getting frustrated it's not happening faster.

Last night was take-out night in the house. I freaked out because I was going to make my own stuff here but we're out of a lot of my basic food ingredients: skim milk, eggs, yogurt, low-fat cottage cheese, chicken lunch meat, etc. I spent a good 20 minutes looking online at their nutrition info. I decided on the 1-piece meal and traded out the breast for a wing. I ended up giving the potatoes and gravy and cole slaw to the family to eat. Because I'm weak, I wanted to the biscuit. My mother ended up buying me a small frosty from Wendy's. I appreciated the thought, but not the calories. Luckily, I was waaaaay under my allotted amount for the day so I only felt half guilty for eating the food. So far I'm feeling a little healthier just making the dietary changes.

I have a lot of errands to run today with my sister so now I have an excuse to get out, walk around, park far away from from the doors, etc. I hope all of you are having a Happy Memorial Day!
