Late lunch - early supper: Simply Asia 514: Ba-Mee Prik-Phao (Roasted Chilli Paste and Cashew Nut Noodle)
Onion, peppers, spring onion, cashew nuts, fried garlic and roasted chilli paste tossed with yellow noodles in a stir-fry sauce. (HOT)
