Run Report: Had a really nice run tonight. Hip is in good shape. Ran 1.5 miles at a brisk pace, with a 1 min walk at the mid point. Overall 13:19 min/mile, which is a lot faster than I thought I'd be at. I haven't been timing myself lately, but I thought I'd check how my pace was doing. The last run I timed was a 16 minute mile so tonight's time was a really cool surprise.
Next run's scheduled for Wednesday, should be ~2 miles.
