I am going to attempt to start being regular again. I need to keep a close eye on my calorie intake, I have been burning over 750 calories on my bike but am not seeing any of the hard work I am putting in. So it has to be food related. At least I haven't gained any weight, but slow with the burning off. Way slower than I want, and tired of putting up with it!!!
