When I graduated high school, I was 270 pounds. A weight I maintained for a long period of time. Decided at the beginning of 2004 to lose weight. 18 months later, I had lost 102 pounds. For the next 4 years, I stayed around 170. Started putting weight on over the last couple years for a number of reasons. I'm now up to 232 and pretty depressed about it. I wish I had the energy to get back to where I was. So, my goal is to lose 60 pounds by the end of the year.
