Another pound off! I've been really careful about what I eat and only drink water (I've never liked soda anyways). The thing that surprises me is that for the last two nights, I've been having dreams about eating sugary foods. Since I've always had a hard time of telling if dreams happened, I've been a little confused of "did I eat that?" But since I know I haven't had access to chocolate icing or been outside of a concert eating pop tarts, I've reassured myself that I have been sugar free for almost a week.
