I'm really bad at updating blogs anyway. I just started this account today. While I might not be really great and entering every food I eat during the day on here I am keeping track of it. I am using my daily planner to write down what I'm eating, how much, and what I'm doing for exercise. No matter how many times I fall off the horse I WILL pick myself back up and get back on.

:-) I used this as an aid for the first month to understand portion sizes and what I should be eating. Now I'm feeling comfortable enough to not have to record everything and still stay under my max kcal intake....you'll soon find out it's a pain in the butt to do it every day! If you have a blackberry, droid, or Iphone, theres a calorie counter app that is connected to your account on this website you can download for free and you can actually scan barcodes and record how much you ate/drank.

Thanks El for the support! It means a lot. My mom ended up pooping out on me and isn't doing it so any extra support helps. Then again, she's a size 0-2 so she doesn't need it anyway. :-) Thankfully she's been great about buying foods that I now want to eat and isn't offended when I eat something different for dinner that's different from the rest of the family. This probably will be a pain in the butt to update but I'm willing to put up with the pain in the ass just so I keep with it. :-)
