O you guys...I'm bombing on the walking, food entries and water! YIKES! Although I'm married, my husband works at night so I do everything with our two children. I can't seem to find the energy, motivation or strength to get on the treadmill in the evening. I'm so pooped! What shall a girl do?? Maybe I should just get on and do however many minutes. Even if it's 3. Maybe that will get me going.

I too have a hard time with exercise, because of my schedule with my kids. It's hard to make time for yourself let, alone have the energy to do it.
