Well I got my foundation veggies and my RDA of fiber in today but I blew myself out of the carbohydrate water! LOL I haven't seen numbers that high since I have been on FatSecret.

I'm a work in progress, learning as I go. I won't purchase any more of the (Trader Joe's)Gritto Dressing, I didn't realize it was so high in sugar! I was stuck with it here at the office so I used it on my salad. I'll let my son finish the rest of it (I know, I'm a bad mom, I shouldn't give the boy the sugar!) He can run it off. :)

I'll work that off this weekend.

Diet Calendar Entry for 28 May 2010:

I'm actually pleased with this week over all. I am learning as I go and I have have improved my eating habits a great deal. I was totally binge eating just a couple of months ago. Now I'm really learning how to eat properly and use food for fuel not to feed or stuff my emotions. I learned a lot this week and I can use this week's experience to plan better meals for myself. I think I may have actually gained a pound this week but that's okay with me because I can see my muscles toning and I can almost fit a pair of pants I couldn't get on a couple months ago. I'm definitely getting leaner and putting on some muscle :-) Tomorrow is a new day indeed!! I'm so glad I found this forum! I'm going to slow down the protein for one thing, the bodybuilding experts say we need 1 gram per pound of lean body weight and I believe that's true but perhaps I need to ease into that amount. My digestion is not happy at all right now!!
