Well I got my foundation veggies and my RDA of fiber in today but I blew myself out of the carbohydrate water! LOL I haven't seen numbers that high since I have been on FatSecret.
I'm a work in progress, learning as I go. I won't purchase any more of the (Trader Joe's)Gritto Dressing, I didn't realize it was so high in sugar! I was stuck with it here at the office so I used it on my salad. I'll let my son finish the rest of it (I know, I'm a bad mom, I shouldn't give the boy the sugar!) He can run it off. :)
I'll work that off this weekend.
