Lower Stomach 52", waist 44", breast 44" arm 12 1/2 " thigh 27" . these numbers have to change. Day 3 this time im not turning back so here it is.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
