I Love IT !

Today, I walked 30 minutes briskly during my office break!

I realized WHY I have been lethargic - it is allergy season here and I take medication for it. Although it is the non-drowsy type, it still seems to knock me out. So, that mystery is somewhat solved.

I am just trying to get out of the "borderline lazy" pattern I recently developed. Yes, Clifford will kick my butt and order burpees if I do not change my ways!

The fresh air and sun helped move me forward. I WILL get back to my
"butt-kicking" workouts because I really want to push into the 180's at the end of September!

Grateful for:

- The good health of my loved ones
- My FS Buddies who support and encourage me to continue
- "Butt-kicking" myself to a smaller size today
- My DH - who is my greatest "cheerleader"
- My Bengal cat companions named Bodhi and Ravi
- My work - which has meaning and worth to other human beings
- My connection to the Mother Earth and its entire splendor
- My physical health

I thought you would like my "BSing" motto, HCB. I read somewhere that the Olympic gymnast Dominque Dawes used to write the word "Determination" in red lipstick on her mirror in her bedroom when she was a little girl. I always remembered that. I am afraid probably writing "I AM NOT BULLSH*TTING" on my mirrors in lipstick might be a wee bit psychotic. Heh.

Good to hear you figured out what was sapping your energy. Great job going for the walk. I've been doing a lot of burpees lately - never liked them! Ugggh.

The observation about allergies makes sense. I feel fine until I walk out the door after work. Then I have sort of a dull headache. Allergies might be the culprit. Keep on keepin on!
