Week two and I am trying to keep below 125g of carbs a day. Last week I dropped two pounds (which I am not logging on here due to being back at 220). I am hoping by Monday's weigh in, I'll be down a bit more.

Good plan! If you keep the net carbs under 125g and move the body and sweat, you'll definitely continue to see progress. Good job, Retro! Oh and dont forget to keep your protein up!
