My friend the health guru is putting me on a cleanse of alkaline water, lemons, agave and cayenne- so not tasty...But trying to get some of the heavy metals and other things out of my body so giving this a shot for a little while. We'll see how it goes. Maybe this will help slim me down a little.
I've also joined the new challenge of lose two jean sizes by Christmas. I haven't been a size 8 since I was in my teens. This should be interesting.
