DIDNT EXCERSIZE FOR 30 MIN OVER THWE WEEKEND WAS HARD DOING THAT EXTRA 10 MIN THIS WEEK BUT I WILL PERSEVERS ...CAUSE I LOVE MYSELF....:)
244.7 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 90.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
