Day 57: Well around 11am i go to dental surgen to have a tooth removed that its roots are near my sinus cavity so hopefully i wont be in too much pain but eatting may be lil hard tomorrow. Maybe milk shakes will make it feel better i know it not healthy for me but its better to take in some kind of cals then none.. Hopefully i will still be able to eat and i al over thinking it.. Try a smoothie with fruit and almond or coconut milk instead perhaps? Yogurt? Good luck, stuff like that just sucks.

Oh I am so glad it went well for you! Protein powder mised with almond milk or skim milk is a good way to get your nutrition if you cannot chew anything.
