Killed it today doing Kempo X. Burned like 600+ calories according to my HRM. So glad tomorow is only a "stretch" day, I am so sore!!! BUT, gained .2lbs, go figure! I think I am going to stop weighing myself everyday, and stick to once a week. And do measurments.
