Targets while in induction:
"Make sure you are consuming 1500 to 1800 calories daily. At least 60% to 65% of those calories should be fat, no more than 25 to 30% protein, and 5 to max 10% carbs. That would put you in the right ratios."

My protein intake (from NANY pg. 42):
81-168 grams of protein specifically, or
18 oz. whole food intake (chicken, tuna, etc.)

Salt intake (from NANY pg. 96):
"Have either 2 cups of broth, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, or 2 tablespoons of regular soy sauce daily. Continue until your carb intake exceeds 50 grams of Net Carbs." (1/2 tsp table salt = 1180 mg, so figure approx. 1200 mg.)
